As IT technician with a federal certificate of competence, Thomas Kempf knows the challenges in the modern IT with regards to networks and software used or developed. With his degree BSc in Business Administration he knows how to support technical and administrative areas in an organisation. Thanks to his longtime work as a project leader and process specialist betweeen technology and economy, Thomas has an in-depth knowledge of all involved parties very well. In 2017 Thomas Kempf achieved his status as a certified independent auditor for various norms and standards. He applied his knowledge by working successfully in industries such as medical devices, E-Commerce, Banking or IT Service Providers.		As a trained biology laboratory technician with a federal certificate of proficiency and further training in the areas of technical responsibility, management systems and auditing, Lars Brunner is familiar with the challenges of working in a regulated environment. With his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, he is able to bring the business aspect to the implementation and maintenance of a management system in addition to the challenges of the regulations and specifications. This results in a risk-based and pragmatic management approach that is liveable for all. Lars Brunner also has in-depth experience in process and project management. He has also successfully evaluated, implemented and operated electronic management systems in various companies in the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries.
